The MACX® XT stackable bulk container is a plastic gaylord built on a 48x40 footprint, the same size as a standard pallet. Rigid wall, stackable, not collapsible. Height runs anywhere from 36 to 77 inch. With the most common sizes being, 48x40x46, 48x40x48, and 48x40x50.
As a pallet sized plastic container, it drops straight into standard racking and floor layouts without forcing you to redesign your storage footprint. You're only deciding on height, not fighting your existing pallet positions.
This stackable plastic bulk containers is popular with metal recycling companies for handling nonferrous turnings. These extended height containers are good for moving material in volumes that don't quite fit a standard MACX 1500.
Weight capacity holds at 1,500 pounds no matter which height you land on, with 4-way forklift entry for loading and moving full units. Drains are available as optional lids. FDA approved for operations that need that on file.
