The Big Grizzly Mobile Cart is a heavy-duty nestable poly cart built for operations that need serious cubic capacity on wheels. At 49.5" L x 30.5" W x 35.25" H, it holds 186 gallons (25 cubic feet) of material and handles loads up to 750 lbs. That's enough room to cut down collection trips without making the cart too bulky to maneuver through plant aisles or standard doorways.
The steel base won't warp, split, or absorb moisture the way plywood-bottom carts do. Casters bolt through the steel frame instead of threading into plastic, so they don't snap off when you're wheeling loaded carts across cracked concrete, over expansion joints, or up loading dock ramps. This poly box truck gets beat up in real-world environments and keeps rolling.
These carts are nestable to save floor space when carts are empty. The tapered walls let you stack multiple units in the same footprint, which matters when you're storing dozens of poly carts between shifts or loading empties onto a trailer for return trips. Less wasted space in staging areas, less freight cost moving them around.
Available in 4 or 6 caster configurations depending on how you need the recycle cart to move. Mix of swivel and rigid wheels lets you dial in the right balance between straight-line tracking and tight-corner maneuverability. Caster upgrades are available if your floors or load types call for something beyond the standard 5-inch rubber wheels.
Lids are available. Drain holes can be added if you're running wet material or need to hose out the utility cart between uses. Custom colors and graphics are available for sorting waste streams by department, material type, or facility zone.
