Corrugated Metal Bins with Hopper Front

The slope is what makes parts retrieval and workstation access work without digging through a bin. Material stays near the front instead of dropping to the bottom, so picking holds up throughout a full shift instead of slowing as the bin empties. It works just as well in reverse. Tip the bin to empty it, and the load comes out clean along the open front, instead of hanging up against a flat wall like it would on a standard bin. Sorted scrap collection and bulk metal pour-out rely on that same mechanism.

Capacity stays the same as the rest of the lineup. 4,000 pounds, five-high stacking on the same steel corner posts and stacking feet, 4-way forklift entry. These are made to order in the USA in 10 interior footprints, in blue, green, teal, or black, with raw, unpainted steel available if you'd rather skip the paint.

One thing worth checking before you order. The hopper slope sits forward of the bin body, so the overall footprint is longer than that of a standard or drop-gate bin with the same interior size. Measure your aisle width and rack spacing first if floor space is tight. Like the drop gate, this configuration only comes in the 24 inch interior height, not the 18 inch.

These bins can also be fitted with fork tubes or fork stirrups for forklift handling, angle runners or skid bars for rack and floor storage, card holders, custom stenciling, and inside leg caps for added strength on bins that see rough use.
