ArmorBin® Container with 4-Way Entry Base

Four-way entry allows forklift access from any side of the bin, not just two. This matters in meat and poultry processing environments, where bins are frequently staged and restaged and operators cannot always position equipment before picking it up. Poultry and meat processors handling chicken, turkey, and beef make up the primary market for this container. It also sees regular use in industrial recycling manufacturing.

Most bins in this class run 48″ x 44″, including our Monster 4-Way Entry. The ArmorBin’s 50″ x 42″ footprint shifts two inches from one dimension to the other. Overall capacity is comparable between the two, but the Armor Bin’s proportions accommodate specific doorway clearances, processing equipment built around a 42-inch dimension, or wider cuts of product that require additional width.

The single-piece construction is a real advantage in food processing operations. A bolted-on base creates seams where residue and bacteria can collect. Those joints require extra attention during cleaning. A one-piece molded container has no such gaps, which simplifies cleaning and supports the sanitation standards that meat and poultry operations run under.

Without the lid, these bins nest to conserve floor space when empty, and stack when paired with optional lids.
